Pacific Beach is bracing for a hefty dose of sophistication as the nightlife gurus behind hot spots Stingaree and Sidebar bring their upscale brand of downtown style to the old Margarita Rocks building on Hornblend. Set to open in April 2007, the 5000 sq. ft. space features a slick new restaurant serving California cuisine and a swanky lounge area with bottle service and top DJs scheduled to rock an intimate dance floor.
